A judge has denied a request by Terri Horman to delay a civil lawsuit brought by Desiree Young that could force Terri Horman to reveal the location of Kyron Horman.

According to multiple sources, Terri Moulton Horman claims she left Skyline School at 8:45 in the morning without Kyron and that between 8:45 a.m. and 10:10 a.m. she ran errands at local grocery stores.

The family of missing 7-year-old Kyron Horman released a statement Thursday night and said police have identified a woman who has been in “close communication” with Terri Horman but is not cooperating with police.

A request by prosecutors seeking an extra $196,000 for their investigation into the disappearance of 7-year-old Kyron Horman has been approved. Multnomah County Sheriff Dan Staton tabled a separate request.

In a Tuesday interview with NBC's "Today" show, Kyron's birth mother - Desiree Young - reiterated her accusation that Terri Horman was involved. Young said she believes Kyron's disappearance was "very planned."

A source said the first call made by Terri came in as a Priority Three call at 5:18 p.m. and was about someone in a truck threatening her.

Terri Horman, the stepmother of missing 7-year-old Kyron Horman, has been fully cooperating with law enforcement, according to Multnomah County Sheriff Dan Staton Friday.
