A judge has denied a request by Terri Horman to delay a civil lawsuit brought by Desiree Young that could force Terri Horman to reveal the location of Kyron Horman.
According to multiple sources, Terri Moulton Horman claims she left Skyline School at 8:45 in the morning without Kyron and that between 8:45 a.m. and 10:10 a.m. she ran errands at local grocery stores.
The family of missing 7-year-old Kyron Horman released a statement Thursday night and said police have identified a woman who has been in “close communication” with Terri Horman but is not cooperating with police.
