PORTLAND, Ore. -- A candlelight vigil Sunday honored a well-known street performer in Portland.

A group of current and former Portlanders have banded together to crowdfund a memorial for deceased rush-hour trumpeter Kirk Reeves at his regular spot on the west end of the Hawthorne Bridge.More from The Oregonian

Folks are planning to gather together this weekend to remember a beloved street performer who spent his days entertaining folks as they headed across the Hawthorne Bridge.
